TRADEMARK REGISTRATION OUTSIDE THE BENELUX

In order to protect your trademark outside the Benelux you need to register it in each country where you are (or plan to become) active. Without registration, your company name, logo and product names are open to attack and often unprotected.


The only way you can obtain exclusive trademark rights is through registration
You can protect your trademarks globally. A trademark registration is, in most countries, the only way to obtain exclusive rights. In most cases use alone does not ensure protection!
