A new concept in Germany: you order your medicine online, choose your pharmacy and your prescription will be delivered. And not just by a courier on a bike but by someone in a remarkable car: a car with a pill on the roof!
One cannot deny that a car with a pill on the roof is quite distinctive. That is probably what the company Pillentaxi has thought and that’s why they filed a trademark in the European Union. This trademark claims a pill on the roof of a car. And this trademark might be accepted by the Ohim as well, although the consumer might not directly think of a trademark.
When looking at these cars the funny cars of Red Bull crosses our minds. Instead of a pill Red Bull put a can of Red Bull on the roof, but the idea is the same. Would Red Bull have a case in the event it has registered this trademark? A pill is obviously not a can, but these non traditional marks makes a trademark assessment a real funny thing to do!
