Fit Crunch makes baked protein bars, developed by US celebrity chef Robert Irvine. And according to Nestlé they are sold in “packages nearly identical” to Nestlé’s Crunch chocolate bars.
Nestlé states that Fit Crunch’s “remarkably similar packaging in combination with the confusingly similar trademark” is causing it “irreparable harm”. Moreover, both bars are targeted at “the same consumers, in the same stores”.
Fit Crunch hasn’t responded yet, but will very likely disagree with Nestlé’s claims.
