The popular producers Will.i.am and Pharell do not only compete with each other on a musical level. No, they now also compete with each other on a trademark level: Will.i.am is not happy with the name I am other of Pharell for a Youtube channel and merchandising.
Will.i.am has already filed oppositions against various trademark applications of Pharell in the US of I am other. Will.i.am bases his claims on the trademarks I AM and will.i.am.
Pharell, is disappointed that Will.i.iam has not called him first to solve this matter. MarkMatters.com hopes that one of the two will be inspired from this fight and give the IP community a nice song about trademark fights.
