Overall, the trademark and logo are not very appealing. The trademark looks more like a warning (do no start to drink alcohol) than an appealing trademark. Nevertheless, the main problem with this ground is “for who” is this trademark offensive? While we would never buy this bottle, we are not upset of this trademark. But this perception can probably vary from one an the other. The OHIM (EUIPO), finally the one with the power, is quite reluctant with explicit words. So, the word **** can better be spelled like ****.
