Walt Disney Studios are facing a copyright law suit over the popular film series Pirates of the Carribean. You know, the one with the incredibly funny Johnny Depp.
Royce Mathew claims he thought up many of story lines and details that acn be found in the movies. He also states he was “duped” into a settlement, the first time he threated bring his claims to court.
According to Mathew he made of the film’s “characters, supernatural elements, storylines, plots, themes, sequence structures and screenplay elements.”
Mathew believes he is entitled to the billions of dollars that Disney has generated from the movie series and merchandising.
