More about the FIFA. An organization for which – so it seems – money is the dominant element (and not football). Remarkable is that the host of the World Championship must comply with a full book of requirements. For example, the host is obliged to register a list of trademarks of the FIFA, without any costs, and of course, without any delay.
UEFA has a better reputation (although there is sometimes also some criticism on this organization too). The Champions League has become predictable, yet still always a pleasure to watch.
The logo of the Champions League and the opening tune are widely known and strong trademarks. But probably not for this Chinese company that filed the logo below. Probably no fans of football? Or do they try to free ride on the logo of the UEFA? Well, the OHIM largely upheld the opposition against this trademark.
