The Dutch snack bar that is barring fast food chain Wendy’s to enter the Benelux-countries, is continuing its efforts against the American giant, by opening another Wendy’s-restaurant.
We posted earlier about the Dutch company, that has been refusing to change its name for years.
The third largest fast food chain in the world, has had plans to enter the European market for years, but continued to find a small Dutch business owner to block its path.
The Dutch snack bar owner’s trademark rights have proven to be very strong. So strong that it opened a new Wendy’s in the same area.
And again we say to the American Wendy’s: if you can’t beat them, send over a big bag of money.
