The Chinese police drives around in Mercedes-Benz cars. However, this is frowned upon by many Chinese people: driving around in luxury cars paid for by taxpayers’ money is considered unnecessary. The police came up with a simple – and apparently working – solution: the Mercedes-Benz logo is replaced with a logo of a much cheaper Honda.
