Volkswagen aired the cutest commercial to introduce the new Passat: a child Darth Vader (from Star Wars) that unleashes his ‘force’ on different kinds of objects in and around the house: a doll, the dog, the sandwich made by his mother and finally his dad’s Passat.
And then there is Greenpeace. And Greenpeace wouldn’t be Greenpeace if they took this commercial and made it into a environmental message. The Dark Side it’s called. It attacks Volkswagen on their objections against cuts in CO2 emissions. Be that as it may: that little Darth Vader still is cute!
