Wandering through some shopping streets of an unknown foreign city is always interesting. Your eyes are open for new shops, and new trademarks.
But this clothingshop called Zapa in Toulouse remembers us of a different trademark. A shop located within 100 metres of Zapa! Of course, the right answer is Zara.
Maybe the people in Toulouse are already used to it, but for us this creates some kind of confusion.
Theoratically, a fine example of two similar trademarks whereas maybe one should be banned from the market, but in real life things are often more complicated creating sometimes unwanted situations in the market.
