Time to protect this design, Microsoft must have thought. Microsoft already registered some interfaces as design in the European Union and applied recently for the three-dimensional shape of a tablet with the operating system. in the European Union. The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a tablet computer with a keyboard assembly, display housing, display and angled support behind the display housing. The display housing includes a camera lens at the top center region and four parallelograms arranged in a two by two grid at the bottom center. The display includes the word “Start” in the upper left corner above three rows of rectangular and square tiles in two groups, with each tile having a word or graphic icon in the lower left corner. The third row is a square with the word “Music” and an image of an audio headset and a partial square with the word “Video” and a partial rectangle. The keyboard assembly includes six rows of keys and a touch pad at the center front of the keyboard assembly. The second key from the left in the front row of keys has four parallelograms on it arranged in a four by four grid. The matter shown in broken lines is not part of the mark.
