Use of personal data

Purpose of the data processing

We process your personal data for the following:

  • to enable you to use our services;

  • to build on (potential) customer relation(s) through marketing activities;

  • for our administration;

  • to contact you and/or to make you an offer via email, telephone or the contact form on our website;

  • to create your personal OTMIS, Eugeno and /or MyWatching user account;

  • to sign you up for our digital newsletter, subject to your consent; all newsletters offer the option to unsubscribe;

  • to make statistical analyses;

  • to meet statutory obligations.

We will only retain your data for the period necessary to achieve the purposes set forth in this privacy and cookie statement, or for the statutory period.

  • We retain data you send us via the contact form for as long as necessary to fully deal with your query, request or feedback.

  • We retain data you provide to benefit from our services for as long as you are a client, and an additional two years.

  • We store your account login details until you remove your account.

  • We retain your payment details for the period the service is provided, and an additional seven years, the statutory retention period stipulated by the Dutch Tax Authorities.

  • You will receive our newsletter until you unsubscribe. This does not affect the lawfulness of any processing prior to you withdrawing your consent.

Confidentiality and sharing data with third parties

We will treat all data collected or received from visitors to our website as strictly confidential.
